President & CEO

With a degree in Languages, a Master’s in International Business, and a specialisation from LUISS, Carlo brings over 20 years of experience in the smart repair industry. He thrives in team environments and has always been driven by the challenges of international expansion. In his free time, he studies new languages — he speaks five — and enjoys long walks with his daughter and his Maltese.

Jörg Anders

Head of Business Development

Jörg leads the business development of EIAscan, driven by a belief in creating value through technical innovation and diverse, talented teams. With more than 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, he has built a career spanning roles from Six Sigma Black Belt in Manufacturing to Director-level positions in Sales and Global Accounts Management at companies such as AkzoNobel — always focused on turning complex challenges into real business outcomes. Outside of work, he is a proud father of two boys and enjoys snowboarding, kitesurfing, and time with family and friends.

Silvio Bosle

Head of Product

Silvio holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and brings over 25 years of experience across multiple roles in the automotive industry, including extensive work in IT. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he brings a strong focus on practical, high-quality product development. Outside of work, he enjoys riding motorcycles, flying drones, and photography.

Daniele Rigante

Lead AI Engineer

Daniele is the engineer behind the first solutions that shaped EIAscan, driven by the conviction that AI can bring objectivity, accuracy, and speed to real-world applications. A lifelong technology enthusiast, he has spent the last five years training, applying, and deploying AI models across a range of use cases. Outside of work, he enjoys videogames, drawing, painting, 3D art, and skateboarding — and is a devoted lover of nature and animals.

Simone Di Tonno

Senior Advisor

Simone is a senior executive specialising in strategy, geoeconomics, and international stakeholder engagement. As Director General of Institut Choiseul, he leads the institution’s strategic development and fosters high-level dialogue across business, public, and investment communities in Europe, Africa, and the Gulf. He holds an Executive Master in International Business from ESCP Business School and degrees in international law from the University of Bologna.
